Due to PayPal closing it services in Russia I use a number of alternatives to accept payments.
Contact me via messages on any of the specified sites. Tell me the details of your commission: do you want color and shading? How many characters do you want to see in the drawing? Send references of your characters.
If I accept the commission, I'll contact you again within a week or two with a rough sketch and after your approval if , we can proceed with the payment.
Only after the full payment I'll continue the work. You'll be provided with a WIP of every stage of the work for possible fixes/changes.
When the work is finished I'll email you the png (with background, and if it's possible, transparent). Specify if you don't want your commission to be published on any social media.
Deadline: up to 1-2 months, specify if you want your commission to be completed within a certain time (two weeks minimum).
Refund: due to how current payment process works I can't promise you a refund.
IMPORTANT if you see MY.GAMES B.V. or CEB/Donationalerts in your payments history do not panic - that's Hipolink. Please do not refund it.
Usage: you can post/use the commission wherever you want with credit to one of my socials, I do not give premission to use my art for NFTs or/and AI.

Overly detailed clothes (genshin impact characters for example): +10$ per character
Lack of reference drawing: +10$ per character
